Today i went to Kinokuniya at Taka again. My desire for books is surging high, think i’ll get one of these books these few days.
This book is about how Google got started, the milestones of the company, its problems facing and future prospects. It quite interests me, spent quite some time reading it last time.
This book is about what the caucasian women author saw and discover when she spent her time in beijing, how the people there think of the people from the west. Quite interesting.
Saw this book just now. Didn’t have much time to read it through, but it’s about the strategy of Southwest Airline, one of the largest internal route airline in the States. I first heard about Southwest Airline from Dr Fang in the Management lecture last semester, he told us one of the key strategies of Southwest Airline, how it got so successful, and it interests me a lot -> “The Management serves the employees, and the employees serve the customers.” He told us that the good treatment and welfare for the employees led to the good attitude and initiative to the customers, and it is the employees who led to success of the company. That’s what interests me to read books on the company, like this one here.
