This is one of the most “woo ha” show in town this season. Chinese movies are getting more and more interesting than before nowadays, with huge budgets, good looking casts and interesting storylines that wont make you fall asleep. I used to limit chinese movies to vcd and dvd, but now i don’t. It’s getting more worthwhile to enjoy the beautiful scenaries, drum-beating sound effects in the movie theatres.
The show is around 2 hours and 15 mins, but i don’t get bored a single moment. There aint no draggy scenes, even the dialogues are very engaging. The warring scenes and peaceful scenes are splitted proportionately, resulting in a nice mix of heart-throbs and heart-warming moments. This is a show i would say die die must watch.

Located in the famous foodie heaven, Tiong Bahru market, aligned in the rows of great hawker stalls serving mouth-watering local delights, is this chicken rice stall serving the nation’s most widely renowned singaporean dish among the international communities.
I was there at Tiong Bahru, planning to watch the show in 2 hours time, so in the mean time, me and my friends went over to Tiong Bahru Market to get dinner for our hungry stomach. It’s a short walk from the mrt, provided you know the directions. Walk along the left hand side of the road, left ward from Tiong Bahru Plaza, cross the road when you hit a junction with a small road leading to some unique “tiong bahru looked” flats, then walk straight and you’ll hit the market. The hawker center is at the 2nd storey btw, go up by the escalator.

It’s being quite a while since i blogged about the dogs in Pets Villa. Well, here they are.
Now, i usually go there on saturdays instead of sundays.
It’s a hot day, and the dogs are chilling out at the wadding pool.
ChaCha swimming in the pool…
Ah Beng is not as afraid of water as before, and he can go all the way into the wading pool at pets villa already. Oh btw, he prefers to drink water from a large pool of water, where he can put his front legs in, instead of drinking from normal dog bowls. So inside pets villa, he always drink from the large bucket beside the stone table, and he’ll put his front legs into the bucket while drinking… :p
Check out this growing puppy, his name is bruno. Growing healthy and lively in pets villa. He got a sister, who is more tanned, and is very very cute…
These two are super annoying dogs in ALL. The one in black, goes crazy with water from the hose, gotta keep him away when we want to bath other dogs. The brown one always likes to disturb ernie, and is a barker.
This is Silver, he’s still as before. He’s actually a pomeranian.
A dog with a very sad fate..

As of the picture above, that is the mobile phone i’m using now, which i have been using for 2years plus. My contract with M1 has just ended, and i think i should go and terminate M1 and get a new telco. The main reason for wanting to terminate the damn M1 is because my reception in my hostel room is damn damn ultimate idiotic-ally bad. There are only 2 exact spots on my table where i can place my phone and still have some reception, so i wont miss the sms-es and calls. But when i pick up my phone to answer calls, it’s seriously cannot-make-it. Gosh, i gotta walk to another block to answer calls. Not that I have never raised the issue to the telco, but what i got for an answer is that the engineering team currently don’t have plans to make changes to improve my reception! So if you are gonna stay in ntu hall 2 block 5, you can go and change your M1 lines, or you’ll suffer the same fate as mine. Of all the 11 blocks in hall 2, only block 5 have a problem with M1 reception.
Ok, i need to change my telco, so i should be changing my phone too, since it’s the best opportunity to get one. However, not that i do not have enuf cash, in fact i even have enuf to get the good good expensive ones, but i don’t feel like spending the money. Anyway, i still like my current phone, i think it looks pretty business-y, the interface is nice and neat, and i like the one-push auto open function. There is this button at the top left hand side, which i can push it, and the clam-shell phone will just pop open in an instant. It’s pretty cool to me yah, haha! I won’t mind getting a new phone, and i also dun mind continue using my current phone. But i need to change my Telco!!!!
