Just finish watching the World Cup Semi-final on channel 5 -> Germany vs Italy.
At the very last minute of the extra time, Glosso (Italy) managed to got a shot pass the defence of Germany into the left side of Germany’s goal. It’s a beautiful shot, truely, at the very critical timing, 119th minute. And while Germany is desperately trying to get a shot for the Italy goal post, at the 120th minute, Italy took hold of the opportunity and Del Piero got a clear shot whisking into the Germany goal post. That’s it for Germany.
The match was a good one, both teams played very well. Germany has been quite offensive and Italy was holding tight for his defence. However, Italy still fared better, and its occasional offensive attacks were more effective and dangerous.
